This Problem is old issue ,why nobody can solve it ?

deployment website to fileserver , this fileserver need to configure and start service ?

Have you installed the remote file server receiver?  That receiver can be downloaded at:

http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=143373&package_id=207402&release_id=524562

Also, when you need to specify remote file servers using \\hostname or \\ipaddress.  If you just type the hostname or IP address without the preceding '\\', it will be assumed to be a remote Alfresco server.  This detail can be seen in the Help instruction in the GUI or on your Deployment page on our wiki.  Here's another post on the topic:
