openCMIS session using encrypted ldap password

Hi,

I need to get session using opencmis , All I have is username and an encrypted password fetched from ldap repository.

How can I get session.?

Are encrypted passwords valid?

No.  You need the cleartext password.

I have the same issue. No other way around?
