Hi @all,

ich hab auf meiner CentOS 5.0 Maschine ein Alfresco 3.0 Installiert. Es läuft soweit alles, bis auf das OpenOffice:

Ich wollte OpenOffice im Servermodus starten, aber dies klappt leider nicht, ich bekomme folgende Meldung:

/opt/openoffice.org3/program/soffice -accept=socket,host=localhost,port=8100;urp;StarOffice.ServiceManager -nologo -headless -display :1 &
javaldx: Could not find a Java Runtime Environment!

Ich hab schon etwas gegoogelt, aber eine Wirkliche lösung habe ich nicht gefunden

Kann mir vielleicht jemand weiter helfen?

Hi,
deine erste Meldung besagt, dass er soffice nicht findet. Du kannst in der custom-repository.properties (in tomcat/shared/classes/alfresco/extension) den soffice-Pfad konfigurieren.
In deinem Fall wohl:

ooo.exe=/opt/openoffice.org3/program/soffice‍

Hallo Jan,

danke für deine Antwort. Ich hab´s mal damit getestet, aber leider wird nach dem restart von Alfresco kein "soffice" Prozess gestartet

Im Log bekomme ich folgende Meldung

Hi,
naja, zumindest bist du schonmal einen Schritt weiter, aber ich bin kein Linux-Experte…
in der tomcat/shared/classes/alfresco/extension/bootstrap/open-office-startup-context.xml kannst du noch einige Argumente konfigurieren.
Hierbei hilft dir vielleicht http://wiki.alfresco.com/wiki/Running_OpenOffice_From_Terminal
Hat vielleicht etwas mit berechtigungen etc. zu tun…

Versuche doch mal einen absoluten Pfad für dir.root zu setzen. Auf meiner Workstation wird dir.root beim Start von OO in die Parameter eingebaut, lookilook:

super Tipp! Nach dem ich den Pfad gesetzt habe, funktioniert das OpenOffice und ich kann endlich PDFs erstellen
