Online Edit

Hello, I hope someone can help me 🙂

I have Alfresco installed on an offsite webserver.

When trying to edit a document online MS office says http://linuxXXX:7070/alfresco/<sitename>/doclib/doc.docx could not be loaded.

The url to the site should read something like http://server.ip:7070/share/page/site/<sitename>/doclib/doc.docx

What am i doing wrong? Should i edit something in alfresco or on the linux server?

edit and add the following code to alfresco-global.properties

vti.server.port=7070
vti.alfresco.deployment.context=alfresco
vti.alfresco.alfresoHostWithPort=https://<domain>:443
vti.share.deployment.context=share
vti.share.shareHostWithPort=https://<domain>:443
vti.server.external.host=https://<domain>
vti.server.external.port=${vti.server.port}
‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍

That should do the trick.
