Online edit - hostname

Hello,

When editing a document in "Edit Online" mode it attempts to access the document using the internal hostname of the webserver.  Obviously this will not work for anyone who is not on site or connected to vpn leaving it inacessible for external users.  How can I change this the proper external hostname that people will be using to access the site.

For example, I would need this to say:

From: projects.icsanalytics.com:7070 instead. 

All ports are properly forwarded.

thanks that worked.  the hostname I'm using is accessable from everywhere.  Internal and External.  All the appropriate ports are fowarded for external users.
