Hi all,
Most of my CMS experience in the past has been with Documentum. In that product, a file can appear in multiple folders at the same time. In Alfresco, the closest thing I could find was the ability to paste as a link. However, the link does not have checkout/checkin buttons in the UI, so it is really not equivalent…all the user in the second space can do is view the file.
Is there any way to have a file appear in two or more spaces and still have all features active?
