Office plugin on XenApp terminal server

Hello,

I have a problem installing the Alfresco 3.4b Office plugins on a Citrix XenApp6 terminal server.
After installation, the plugin is visible in Word for one user, but not for all other users.

Is there something extra to be done when installing Alfresco Office plugin on a terminal server Office installation?

Apparently, this is  a problem not many forum user do recognize?
I still do not have a solution 😞 or any reactions!
This means Alfresco cannot be used in Terminal Server environments? what a shame…. :cry:
