Office docs preview does not work for some files

hello,

I use alfresco 4.0.c with linux centos and everything is working fine except the preview of some office docs. When this happens in the log file the following error is trown:

the strangest thing is that this only happens with some files which appear to have no significant differences to others that can be seen in the preview. This only happens with office files.

As and when a transformation error occurs  you need to raise an issue in JIRA and attach the problem document.  If the document contains confidential information then you will need to investigate and reproduce the problem with a test document.   The more details you can add the easier the problem will be to locate.
