ObjID already in use

I am getting the following error

I have already tried exe installation from http://wiki.alfresco.com/wiki/Installing_Labs_3#Windows_installation_excluding_JDK_and_OpenOffice
and zip installation. I get the same error on both ..

You can have this problem also when you have software like proxifier or proxycaputure and don't  have a proxyfication roule that exclude localhost.
