NTLM passthru problem

Hi all,
my setup is Alfresco 3.0 labs running on top of Ubuntu 8.04. I configured NTLM passthru as described in the Wiki, and it works (ie domain controller is used instead of Alfresco database for authentication) but only I configure Internet Explorer for asking every time the userid / password.
If I configure Internet Explorer for automatically using user credentials authentication fails with "net.sf.acegisecurity.AuthenticationServiceException: Failed to open passthru auth session".
Any ideas ?

Exactly the same behavior here with Alfresco 3.0 SP1 Enterprise, did you find a solution for this problem?

Saw such exception too.
You can try different variants of "servers" property  in ntlm-Authentication-context.xml
My working config:

           <value>dc.local.domain,LOCAL\dc</value>
