Notifications for New or Changed documentation

Hi all,

I've just got alfreco configured for a small project that I am leading as part of my college studies. Is there a way to show users a list of new/modified documents since their last logon? Similiar to the way a forum highlights new posts?

Hi,

May be you can use rules on a space to notify people that new documents have been added or some documents have been modified.

Else I don't know such feature.

Use the search function. Advanced search lists options like create date, modified date, from and to. Searches can be stored. Maybe there is a way to create a search from "user-last-login" to "today/now". Anyone?

I've discovered that you can search by modified documents within a certain time period. Would be nice if it was an automatic feature though!

You could make a dashlet.
then users can add it to the "my Alfresco" page

We've created one that show's modified docs of the last n days…
I'm not sure it's possible to check from last login…
