How did you create your web forms definitions ? Which version/build of Alfresco are you running ?

Thanks,
Jan

hello jan,
first of all thanks for showing interest.

i am using alfresco 2.9
but if i search web forms it appears in search results
i am not able to view the web forms from the data dictionary.
Every time i want to create  new web form then , i have to search for it.
and access it from search result

Thanks
Jagruti

I assume you're using search from the top-right corner of the Web Client ? If the form definition space appears in the search result, then you can also select the "View Details" icon. The location of the form will be displayed just below the Details of '<form name>', eg.

   Location: /Company Home/Data Dictionary/Web Forms

Please be aware that the /Company Home/Data Dictionary now contains:

/Web Forms - for storing Web Form definitions (as used by Alfresco WCM)
/Forms - for storing DM Form definitions (as used by Alfresco ECM)

If you created the web form using the create/edit web project wizard then it should appear under /Web Forms (not /Forms).

We fixed a couple of minor issues in Alfresco 2.9B Community Labs, so it might be worth upgrading to the latest release.

Thanks,
Jan
