Not able to see class 'SimpleTemplateActionDefinition'

Hi
I was refering "http://wiki.alfresco.com/wiki/Scheduled_Actions" , for the purpose of writing/defining  actions.
I was searching for  class "SimpleTemplateActionDefinition" , but not able to find it
I am usign CE 4.0.e
Guidance and advice requested
