'No network is enabled for sync' error message

Hi
I am trying to sync the document from on premise to alfresco cloud.
I have put some below properties in alfresco.global.properties file..

sync.cloud.url=https://a.alfresco.me/alfresco/a/{network}/
sync.pullJob.enabled=true
sync.pushJob.enabled=true
sync.checkLicenseForSyncMode=true
sync.mode=ON_PREMISE

But I am getting "No network is enabled for sync" error message.

Please tell me how can I enable the network for making Sync cloud work?

Hi Nazakat,

I am facing the same error while trying to sync my Alfresco on premise stack to Alfresco cloud. Don't know what configuration i am missing. I am using Alfresco 4.1.4 EE. Please help !!

You need to be in a cloud network that is enabled for sync.
