No folder Data Dictionary/Models

Being new to Alfresco, I want to define a new model.
However, I got stuck in the first step of the documentation on http://docs.alfresco.com/5.0/tasks/deploy-dynamic.html.

'Load the model file into the folder Data Dictionary/Models.'

What to do if you don't have that folder?
When I try to create one myself, I get stuck in step 3: 'Select the Model Active checkbox.' because the checkbox is missing.

Your alfresco installation is in serious trouble if you don't have the data dictionary.    I suspect you do have that folder.

There are rules on the folder to work with custom models.   You can't create the folder yourself.
