No document preview

Hi everyone!

We have a problem:
We installed Alfresco Share on a server and when we want to preview documents on "Document library", we can't. Our documents are in .doc, .docx, .xls

The message we get is "This document can't be previewed. Click here to download it." And the preview functionality doesn't take time to search the document, it automatically displays the message bellow.

Any help ?

Did you follow the installation instructions regarding OpenOffice, pdf2swf and ImageMagick?
