I'm a newbie in Alfresco, and I'm still trying to do some basic stuff… so, I would like to make my custom data type (file type) for example .sql files, etc. and their custom meta data tags..
When you say "file type", do you mean MIME type? I thought I saw a mention of how to add new MIME types in the Alfresco wiki: http://wiki.alfresco.com/
As for content type associated with ".sql" files, there are certainly a number of tutorials on creating new content types. Again, check the wiki.
