I want that two different alfesco applications use the same content server. If I make two WARS, I will have two different applications, but two content servers too, and I only want to have one alfresco content server. I´m wrong??. Can I have two different WARS using the same content server?. If is not I have to make every application in the same WAR, I don´t understand it well…
If we would do it with Documentum, we would make 2 different webtop applications appointing to the same content server, it is easy, but I don´t understand what is the right idea in Alfresco.

Same idea.

You can have one alfresco repository (alfresco.war) and any number of other applications which use alfresco by one of the many remote APIs.

Or you can embed alfresco into your spring application.

Imagine this situation in Documentum: two webtop customized applications in the same tomcat appointing both to the same content server. I have to set out the similr situation in Alfresco. I think that the content server and the web application in Alfresco are both in the same WAR that is alfresco.war, so I have to developpe both different inside alfresco.war, I´m right?. Is something very basic, but I´m a completely ignorant in Alfresco, sorry.

No you are not.

Yes, the content server and the explorer web application are in alfresco.war.    Or you can deploy alfresco from spring without the web container.

Your web application is your own application, that will access alfresco remotely.
