Need to render Activiti UIs by using direct URL

I'm new to Activiti and I have a requirement to access the Activiti UIs from exteral applications. In short, I need direct URLs to human task UIs. Is there any mechanism to achieve this.

When you click on a task, the url should change in your browser and you can use this as a pattern to construct the URL.

I had tried this and this url opens the page within the entire alfresco framework. I only need the task frame/page to be integrated with 3rd party applications so that it will not look like a different application altogether.
