need help with own forms

hi there,

I am trying to implement a workflow by reusing the explorer, which should be good enough.
I understood how to extend forms by using own form types, but what I don't get - and the book didn't help me understand it as well - is how to implement one complete customized form which I could use via the formkey setting.

Can anyone help me out here by listing a few steps like which class to extend,
where to put the class name so it get recognized ?

Or am I thinking completly along the wrong lines here ?

I dont think formkey is supported in explorer any more. I have seen posts mentioning that. I was also trying out the same, but I could not get it working in activiti explorer.
