Navigator scrollbar in IE

Hey All,

I have a client using Alfresco in a 1024 x 768 resolution.  The interesting quirk that we are seeing is the vertical scrollbar in IE not being displayed when the window content expand beyond the viewable area.  The interesting quirk is if you zoom out of the page the scrollbar gets rendered correctly.  Then when you zoom back in to the actual page size, the scrollbar is displayed correctly.

On larger resolutions this is not an issue as you can make the IE window larger which then renders the scrollbar.

Is this an issue with some of the alfresco browser detecting scripts or an IE issue?

Cheers,

Note, this can also be reproduced in larger resolutions, using IE 7 and 8.  simply make the IE window narrower and the scrollbar of the Navigator Shelf disappears.  Firefox respects the scrollbar if it is visible.

Are you seeing this occur when spaces under the company home space overflow vertically?

Yes, expanding the Data Dictionary node is enough to cause the scrollbar to kick in.
