Hello,
I have installed Alfresco 3 Stable in Multi-Tenant mode, and all seems to be working fine, apart from 2 issues:
1. Deleted files are not visible / present in the Manage Deleted Items space.
2. The following error occurs in the catalina and alfresco log: WARN [org.alfresco.repo.node.index.FullIndexRecoveryComponent] The indexes are not synchronized with the database.
In an effort to fix problem #2, I have restarted Alfresco with index.recovery.mode=FULL, in the custom-repository.properties file, but the error is still occuring.
Is it possible these are related, and are there any alternative procedures I should be running to fix the database errors?
Many thanks,
Marty

Hi Marty,
The first is a known issue (https://issues.alfresco.com/jira/browse/ETHREEOH-1458) that was fixed prior to Enterprise 3.1. You're welcome to evaluate Enterprise 3.1 (trial) to see the fix.
I'm not aware of the other issue. Do you have repeatable steps from a clean install ? If you still see this warning using either Enterprise 3.1 (trial) or Labs 3.2 Preview, then please log in JIRA with repeatable steps.
Many thanks for the feedback.
Regards,
Jan

Hi all,
I just migrate from Alfresco Comunity 2.9C version to Alfresco Labs 3.0 version. Both systems are configured as multi-tenant. I managed deleted items using a scheduled action executed every saturday because we donĀ“t want deleted items take up disk space for long. So, my doubt is:
If I delete a file from tenant, I canĀ“t see it in the Manage Deleted Items space. Does it means that the file is permanently deleted? Are deleted files saved on disk?
This issue is fixed in Labs 3.2 version?
Thanks,

Yes, based on the merge history this should be fixed in Community 3.2.
