Moving a file from Repository automatically to File Plan Fol

Hi !

I'm a newbie in alfrescor record management.
Is there a way to move a file located in a folder in Repository automatically to a File Plan Folder ?
Or it has to be uploaded manually to File Plan folder and delete the one in Repository manually ?

Hi,

Yes there is. Please take a look at how "rules" work. You can setup actions that are being triggered when files arrive to a folder.
