Modifying a qname

Is there anyway to modify a qname of a node once it has been created?

A node does not have a QName.  

Move will change its primary assoc if that is what you mean?

Yes, that's what I mean then. Is there anyway to change that in the PHP Library? As far as I know, moving is not implemented in the PHP library? What I want is that if I change the cm:name of some node, i want to also change the primary association to the same thing.
