modelSchema.xsd not updated to reflect latest model features

Hi,
I learned on DevCon Paris that constraints can have a title and description tag as well. (since 3.2)
Up to now this is not in modelSchema.xsd so just a few people will figure this one out.

modelSchema.xsd should be updated.
