modeler rebranding - new licence?

if you already have moved the code basis to the activity svn, will the licence of modeller also change to Apache 2.0?

The Modeler source code is contributed and maintained by Sigmavio, at http://code.google.com/p/signavio-core-components/

The licence is MIT licence, which is a liberal as the Apache licence (and fully compatible).
