Hello,

We publish an add-ons for Alfresco.
This Alfresco module provides a designer allowing to create new types, aspects and forms in Alfresco directly in the Share user interface.

The module allows to create, test and publish models and forms directly in Alfresco without editing XML files manually, takes in account hot deployments. Use of drag'n drop and creation wizards accelerate developments of data models.

This designer permits also to create models and forms for Workflow.

Hello.

First off I'd like to explain where I'm standing and what I'd like to have in the end.

Up to now I have installed the Model designer add-on in alfresco and have gone through a tutorial on YouTube.
I now know how to create Types with properties, aspects etc. but I do not understand how to use these forms after creating them. I have searched online in the Alfresco Docs and in Forums but have had no success. Where can I find these Custom made Forms and configure them, so that when I edit a documents properties I see my custom made metadata properties and can use them?
Also how can I create custom Workflows trough the Model Designer?

Basically, what I would like to be able to do in the end is, create custom forms with custom metadata properties for documents and to be able to create custom Workflows with this tool and associate these custom properties with the Workflow/Document.

Can anybody help me with this?

Hi.
I started to study Alfresco few weeks ago. I interest in customizing a workflow, creating a new model and forms.
I installed beCPG 1.5.4 on Alfresco Enterprise 4.2.e (trial), following the instructions (controls before) using java commands in a cmd window, within …/alfresco/java/bin  folder.
Then I started Tomcat server but, opening the url …./share/page/model-designer, I got an alfresco message error: An error occur ……… Contact the administrator.

What I wrong? Any ideas?

I used eclipse and activiti plug-in to create a workflow diagram.
Are there other tools to create a model and forms to associate to a new workflow?

For Alfresco 4.2, you must use version 1.6 of beCPG. You can download it on sourceforge:

Hi,

I tried to install amps of FDK for Alfresco 4.2 enterprise edition. when i install amps Alfresco will not work and getting 404 error while starting the server. how can i use this Add-On with 4.2e could you please help me for this.
