Mirroring two Alfresco Repositories

Hello Alfresco Users & Engineers!

I'm curious, is it possible to mirror specific spaces of an Alfresco Installation to a second one? Both Alfresco installations would be on different machines within the same LAN and mirroring of the spaces should be done immediately after modifying something in these spaces. Also okay would be mirroring triggered by a cronjob every night. Is there an out-of-the-box-functionality of Alfresco to achieve this behavior or a thinkable solution you could imagine?

Thank you very much and best regards.

I see it as a combination of two things -

1) BackUp and
2) Rules/Custom Actions

Whenever any operation is performed (added/modified content) - a custom action gets triggered to create/update the content in the mirrored repository.
This is transactional and this would affect the performance to a great extent. In that case - you can choose to run the rules in background.

In other hand, if you want to use nightly cron job - then it is again a bulk operation using a similar custom action you might write.

Hope this helps!
