Migrating Data from Sharepoint

Hi, am a newbie.

I need to migrate all data we have in sharepoint to Alfresco. We intend to use Alfresco explorer.

Is there a way we can do this without having to upload individual documents?

Mount Alfresco CIFS as a Shared drive and copy files across en mass. Or just ftp them all to Alfresco repository.
