Pretty nifty plugin into word. There is a problem I am facing though. Browsing to and editing a document is a breeze. It uses WebDav to open the document if I do so.
But when dealing with a workflow task (say adhoc workflow), it shows the attached resources and only allows me to download them. I cannot do other actions from here. It would be really nice if it
Allowed me to run a specific action (just like the alfresco web view "Manage Task" by a right click menu or by icons (just like the space browser in the office plugin already does). Or showed me the location and a link so that I could open up the right file (right now only shows doc name) Or allowed me to open my tasks up in the Manage Task view on a browser
Or perhaps there is a way to do this that I don't know of… It just seems that the space browser in the plugin is fully developed and the task browser is simply a view-only.
I agree that the list of resources attached to a task is perhaps too basic and I like your suggestion of at least adding a link to manage the task in the Web Client.
