Many stack traces on JBoss shutdown

Ever since I installed Alfresco 2.1, I get a long series of stack traces whenever I shutdown JBoss.
There are only two stack traces, but one repeats quite a few times (traces truncated):
1)
org.hibernate.cache.CacheException: java.lang.IllegalStateException: The CacheManager is not alive.
Caused by: java.lang.IllegalStateException: The CacheManager is not alive.
followed by:
2)
18:09:10,828 WARN  [NonstrictReadWriteCache] could not destroy cache
org.hibernate.cache.CacheException: java.lang.IllegalStateException: The CacheManager is not alive.
Caused by: java.lang.IllegalStateException: The CacheManager is not alive.

Stack trace #2 occurs 51 times before JBoss comes to a complete stop.

I certainly didn't get this with my 1.4 installation.
What am I doing wrong?

I do get a CacheManager-related warning on startup:
18:04:58,062 WARN  [CacheManager] Creating a new instance of CacheManager using the diskStorePath "C:\DOCUME~1\ahoward\LOCALS~1\Temp\" which is already used by an existing CacheManager.
The source of the configuration was classpath.
The diskStore path for this CacheManager will be set to C:\DOCUME~1\ahoward\LOCALS~1\Temp\\ehcache_auto_created_1187733898062.
Perhaps this is related to the stack traces on shutdown!?

Ideally, I'd like to have Alfresco configured properly so these errors/warnings don't happen, but if these are simply benign errors (they are log-warns), what are the fully qualified classes so I can suppress the logs, because these stack traces consume my windows box's resources with console I/O.

Any help is appreciated!

Caused by: java.lang.IllegalStateException: The CacheManager is not alive.

in using Alfresco Labs 3 distribution. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
