this has been added to the Enterprise 4.0.1 edition.  When will this be enabled for the community edition?

We are running  4.0d and have two settings set.  Both invites and email rules are sent out as the user not  as what i set in parameter X



any idea's what i'm missing?

I tested also on 4.0d and I am experiencing the same issue.  My mail from default is set to a no-reply address, and mail from enabled is set to false, invite and rule emails send as me logged in as a user, and not my no-reply address.

its not in 4.0.d which was released in January.

It is in the nightly download.  Or it is an easy fix to backport.

Thank you for the reply, I am new to alfresco and did not realize there is a nightly build.  Sorry for not understanding but what do you mean by backport?

Thank you I downloaded the 4.2a files and deployed the new war files.  Is the process correct by just deleting the share and alfresco folders and rebooting?
