login using webpage with passthru enabled

With the default authentication chain, I'm taken to a webpage with a login form when I go to http://server:8080/alfresco.  However, if I enable passthru then I no longer get the webpage login form, but get a popup login box instead.  I would prefer the webpage login form, is there any way to get it back with passthru authentication?

I fixed this by setting ntlm.authentication.sso.enabled=false in my passthru properties file, which also fixed a couple other problems I was having.
