List Active Workflows For a User.

I'm using alfresco-labs-tomcat-3Stable in Linux.
I've already read lots of documentation (forum posts, alfresco wikis) about this issue but i can't get clarified.
I want a simple way of listing, for a given user, all his active workflows.
What is the easy/best way to do this?! …

I suggest you find the code of the dashboard "my tasks to do" (showing exactly what you expect), and adapt it to suit your needs
