Liscense Doubts

Hi
I have few doubts and concern about Liscense
(a) Once a customer buy enterprise edition liscence, is it perputal or does the customer need to renew it every year.
(b) Will the system goes to read only mode, once the liscence duration is over

Hi bisana,
(a) You can find more info here http://www.alfresco.com/services/subscription. I think you have to renew the support every year.
(b) Here http://docs.alfresco.com/4.0/index.jsp?topic=%2Fcom.alfresco.enterprise.doc%2Ftasks%2Fat-adminconsol... it seems that when the license expires you will have the Admin Console blocked. In fact it is recommended to upload a new license before the older one expires.
Obviously Alfresco guys may give more and accurate information.
