License clarification for re-installation

Hello,
I have downloaded a community version on my PC and using it for learning the features.
One of my client saw this and they want me to install in their office.
Since they are non technical people they want me to train them and help them using the software and they are ready to pay me for my service. They want just the vanilla implementation.

Is there any licensing implication in this scenario?
Do I have to pay any thing to Alfresco ? do I have to inform Alfresco ?
… there will be no code change, no work flows …. just the plain vanilla for them.

Hello,

the Alfresco Community Edition is a LGPL-based open-source application. That license does not require anyone using Alfresco to notify Alfresco or pay any kind of licensing fees. Anyone (with or without the necessary qualification) may offer services related to that edition and even change some aspects of it.

The Alfresco Enterprise Edition is the commercial (and even more intensely QA'ed) variant of Alfresco which requires coordination with Alfresco in order to obtain the software and professional services offered with the edition.

Please see Open Source Licensing (Alfresco Wiki) for a bit more information on this.

Regards
Axel
