LDAP user synchronisation with many DN

I explain you my problem. I would like to synchronize the user search base with two DN, is it possible ? And what is the syntax ?
For example :
ldap.synchronization.userSearchBase=ou=\Sales,DC=\company,DC=\com and ou=\Marketing,DC=\company,DC=\com
