Layered Folder/file permission to Manager/publisher

Hiya,

Can anybody provide information about how to provide "Create Layered Folder/file" permission to a non-admin user (manager or publisher)?

What are you trying to accomplish?

Basically we want to enable Layered File / Folder creation feature to be available to Manager and Publishers.
By default it is only for Admin. I found that its not something configurable in permission-definition or other xml file.
Modification in JSP page worked for me.
