That one is old.
You should donwload te source code and try to identify the parameters used now.
The way you use it is almost the same, but you have to provide all the requirement parameters.
I guess by looking at the share config files you will find all the parameters configured to the action, then you will have to "translate" them to the format the action needs them.
I don't have samples for the signature action, but I do have some for split and merge.
