Kofax Release Script: mandatory fields are missing

Hi,

I have downloaded the Kofax Release Script for Alfresco, when installing it, I had no problems. But when I want to add this release script to the document class, I got the following message: "The following mandatory fields are missing: status, priority, percent complete, identifier, name".

Does anyone know how I can solve this problem?

Integration steps

Step 1. Installing the integration

Here are the basic steps to install the integration.
1. Unzip the release script to a directory of your choice on your machine.
2. In the Kofax Ascent Capture Administration module, click on Tools → Release Script Manager.
3. From the Release Script Manager dialog box, click Add and then browse to the directory of the unzipped files.
4. Select alfresco.inf and click open.
5. Select Alfresco Release. Click Install.
6. Click OK, and the release script is registered.
7. Close the open dialog boxes to complete the process.

Step 2. Creating Field types

Open the Ascent Administration client. The first thing you need to do is to create the field types that you will need in step 2. We will create a string of 1024 characters:

Step 3. Configuring the classes
There are three classes to configure.

The Batch Class, Document Class and Form Class.

In the Ascent Administrator select New Batch Class.

In the tabbed dialog that will appear, you only need to modify two of the tabs. The first is the General tab. Just give the Batch Class a Name and Description:

On the Queues tab, you need to add the queues that a document needs to be processed by:

That is the Batch Class done. Now we move on to the Document Class.

Right click the Batch Class and select New Document Class. The Document Class dialog will open. Again there are two tabs to complete, the first of which is the General tab. Give it a name, description and add an index:

On the PDF tab, check the Enable Kofax PDF generation box.

With the Batch Class and Document Class done, all that remains is the Form Class. Just one tab to edit here, the General tab, and all you need to do is give it a name and description:

Now you need to right click on the Document Class that you created and select the Release Script option. Put in your Alfresco connection details and press Connect. (If this fails, make sure that Alfresco is running and that you have installed all the pre-requisites.)

Choose one of the spaces for the released documents to go in, making sure that you have permission to create content in that space. Now go to the Document Details tab. Here you just need to select {http://www.alfresco.org/model/content/1.0}content as the content type, select Content in the Kofax PDF field and enter the index field that you created in the document class in the Ascent Index Field:

Click OK. The classes are now defined.
