junitrules disappeared

I am using the maven sdk 1.02 and Alfresco 4.2.c

In my junit tests i use the junit rules for Alfresco.

import org.alfresco.util.test.junitrules.RunAsFullyAuthenticatedRule;
import org.alfresco.util.test.junitrules.TemporaryNodes;

When i change the alfresco.version to 4.2.d these classes cannot be resolved anymore.

Where are they?

test code has been moved from the "source/java" tree to "source/test-java" in 4.2.
