Can JSP be use as template document, instead of Freemarker page?

Not at present no. Like all services in Alfresco the TemplateService is pluggable so it is possible in theory to add other implementations of template engines such as XSLT or JSP.

does someone know whether version 2.1 already supports having jsp templates?
