I gotta question, if I use a script that moves a document to another space, shouldnt it trigger the Incoming rule in that new space, for some reason it doesn't for me…
If you have the appropiate permision, in both spaces (source and target) you must move the document. In the log have you seen any message that can give us a reason what is happening.
