Hi Friends!!!

I'm showing this error message when you access the menu created to list the folders:
404 - Could not connect to server : Not Found

In Joomla adminisration´s console, specifically in components>Afresco I added Alfresco data:
Name:  Alfresco_test
Server: http://localhost:8080/alfresco
Share: http://localhost:8080/share
Username: admin
Password: admin
Published: yes

In menu> main menu i added a new entry and at Internal link >Alfresco>Repository >Spaces
In menu item details I added the information about link´s name.
In selected space i choose Alfresco_test which is the name i gave to it, as i show you in the configuration above.
But when I go in the front-end, the link created, the message error 404.

I've made the changes suggested in the link:
http://forums.alfresco.com/en/viewtopic.php?f=49&t=16107#p52822
Change any occurrences of <?= to <?php echo, in the following files mysite/components/com_alfresco/views/folder/tmpl/default_files.php and default_folders.php

But even so he is still with errors.

Any friend can help me?

Grateful!

Joomla 1.5.15
Alfresco 3.3g
com_alfresco 1.01 (from above)

I am also getting the 404 if I just enter the information. If I take the link and physically add the uuid (http://for.example.com/index.php?option=com_alfresco&view=folder&id=1&Itemid=2&uuid=40c479ed-4a38-49...) I can at least see the Company Home but if I click on any of the links I get what appears to be a preview page and that's as far as I get.

Hello,
Is there some new solution concerning this integration of joomla and alfresco?
I have quite the same problem with this module.
The preview does not work
You only use the login of an alfresco user that have an access to company home directory.
I don't understand why, since 2008 there is no correction for these problems?
Is there the same problem with joscoo module?

Despite all the fixes mentioned throughout this post, I still am having no luck and continue to get the "404 - Could not connect to server : Not Found" error.

I'm running Joomla Version 1.5.18 and Alfresco Version :Community - v3.3.0 (g 2860).

To recap, I changed all the "<?=" to "<?php echo" mentioned in an earlier post as well as using the Alfresco 1.01 component.

Has anyone had any luck getting Joomla 1.5.18 and Alfresco 3.3.0 to work together and if so, what's the secret?

Thanks!

It does look like this has been dropped off has anyone worked on the 3.4 integration or given that a run? I am about to put up a trial server of that distro and will post back findings. I needs at least a way to iFrame alfresco or to joomla integrate the doclib, Alfresco is great but needing to write a webscript of a portlet when an iFrame workaround should exist (ajax server side cross domain issue, Im working on it… Smiley Sad )

Has there been any progress on integration…

I have had luck with other programs, by running the link to the program through joomla wrapper and bypassing login page using session variables but I can not locate where joomla login page is located. Does anyone know ?
Also what session variables are used for Alfresco's username and password.

Folks,

1. I have installed Alfresco 3.2r2 community version
2. Then i have Installed joomla with apache2 and php version 5.2.6
3. Finally i have downloaded Joomla & Alfresco Integration component (com_alfresco-v1.0.0)

Can anyone tell me from where should i start the integration, i have read all the forums but there was no starting point.
where should i put this com_alfresco-v1.0.0 integration file either in alfresco or joomla.
Am very much confused with this, please provide full details from starting.

Thanks,
Rajshekar.
