JavaScript Debugger Error 500 Alfresco 4.0b

Hi,
I can´t get the Javascript Debugger running under Win 7 64bit.
I already tried the possible solutions posted in the Forums but none of them worked so far.
I had it working under OS X 10.7.2

The javascript debugger won't work if you are running Alfresco as a Windows Service so you have to run it directly. Follow instructions for creating the alf_start.bat, alf_stop.bat, setPaths.bat and alfresco.bat files. This used to be enough to get it working but since Alfresco Version 4.0, you now have to first go to the Manager Tool and run the Postgres Server (NOT TOMCAT) and then run alf_start.bat to run the Alfresco server.
