I am a Manager of my site and copy the document from other Site (the document is created by other user). Open the document in my Site and try to delete it, but Alfresco shows the message "Could not delete [file]".
Is it possible to delete a copied document from other site where I am not a creator of the file? Or it is a bug?
I work with Alfresco 3.4.c.

I have the same problem with 3.4.d. I have the role of coordinator on a document but I can't delete the document.
Only an admin can delete it. The work around I use is to make all users member of the admin group. It seams that only the creator and the admins can delete documents. Or am I missing something.

If you are a manager of a site you should be able to delete the document. A manager is a coordinator for all the resources of the site, so he can delete documents even if they have been created by someone else.

That looks like exactly the same problem. I'm new to Alfreco DM and this forum. Can you help me how to proceed?
Do I make a new isssue or is there a way to reopen the mentioned issue?

I don't think that it's a good idea to reopen the issue. The bug has been fixed in the Enterprise edition and probably the fix will be included in the next community releases, but hopefully someone from Alfresco can answer your question better than me.
