Is Alfresco the right choice for me?

I'm looking for a CMS with the following requirements:

• Document management


• Configurable workflow


• Open source


• Extendable (interfaces to other systems and customized input forms will be needed)


• PIM functionality (calendar, scheduling, task list).


• Managment of client and staff data (nothing fancy, just a simple DB system for this data, of course linked to the documents, the workflow and the PIM).

I see no problems with the first four requirements. But what about the last two?

Alfresco 3.3 includes support for lists. You can use this to create tasks and manage client and staff data.
