Is Activiti suitable?!

Dear Friends,

I need to create customized workflow that would help a group of editors and reviewers to start editing and reviwing documents of different types, in a way that on any time reviewers are able to assign ressources (documents) to the workflow, the initiator is able to monitor the document status on anytime, and this Workflow should be at the end integrated to Alfresco, is Activiti suitable for this need?

The next release of Alfresco will include activiti. This is excellent for document-centric workflows and can do just what you need (adding documents to the workflow etc.). You can already download a preview/development release, including activiti.

I have already installed it, and it's documentation guided me to your site!
but do you have enough documentation to guide me from where to start, and how to deploy to Alfresco at the end!

This will be in the next Alfresco release, can't give you any documentation on that yet.
