iPad / iPhone Server Error 500

Within the past few days I installed the mobile verson on my iPad and iPhone. It worked great.

Now on both devices I am getting an Internal Server Error 500. It is referencing the URL: http://<serverSmiley Tongueort>/alfresco/service/api/sites?format=json
It seems to have happened when we restarted the server hosting alfresco.

I believe that this is a web server error, but I have no idea how to proceed.

If I select the Company Home option under settings, I can navigate the folders after I acknowledge the error. Otherwise I get an empty screen where you would normally see the sites listed.

I am not having this issue when I access Alfresco from any web browser.

I'm open to ideas.

Thanks,
Jason

Do any of your sites have odd names/titles/descriptions? Just thinking out loud here - we've not seen the issue elsewhere yet.

If you could grab the output of that API from a browser and PM it to me, that might help.

Thanks,
Mike

I solved the issue. You were right in your thinking.

I started looking at the few sites we've been playing with, and one of them almost seemed to be orphaned. It showed no users of the site, etc. The site manager was no longer associated with the site.

I could open it via the repository, but not from any dashboard. So I deleted the site since it was only a test site and all is well again.

Thanks for your help.
