Intermediate Boundary Time event specific day (1-7)

Hi,
i want to know if it is possible to wait a specific day with a Intermediate Boundary Time event.
For example i want to execute the first workflow's task only the Sunday. So when the workflow is started monday i want to wait the next Sunday to instantiate it. I don't want to consider a specific date but only a day (Mon-Sat). Is it possible to do this with a timeDate (or a timeCycle ) ?
